We are an Italian family run business whose passion is to dedicate ourselves in making authentic and high quality homemade Italian recipes. We come from Viareggio, a small city in the coast of the spectacular region of Tuscany. Our name is inspired by the breathtaking Leaning Tower of Pisa which is close to our hometown. Our excellent Chef holds more than 30 years experience in the prestigious restaurants of Italy. After completing his qualification to become a professional chef, he initially worked for a well- known Italian Restaurant in Tuscany named “Ristorante Vipore”. In this restaurant, our chef gained more experience with the help of the owner of the business who has now opened an Italian Kitchen Academy in the USA and with the help of the owner’s amazing grandmother Nonna Rosa, our chef has improved and kept the pure Italian recipes.
